1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Advanced Scientific Consulting LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Physicist to deliver specialised scientific consulting, research oversight, and technical advisory services to the Abu Dhabi Advanced Research Institute. 2. Scope of Work — Physicist Engagement

The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Theoretical or Applied Physics, with no fewer than fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral experience in quantum mechanics, particle physics, or condensed matter physics. The Physicist shall be based in Abu Dhabi for the duration of the engagement and shall report directly to the Chief Scientific Officer of ADARI. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

• Design and supervision of experimental protocols for the Quantum Computing Research Facility located in the Abu Dhabi Technology Park.
• Peer review and validation of all theoretical models, mathematical derivations, and simulation outputs produced by the in-house research team.

4. Payment Terms

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Payment shall be structured as follows: an initial mobilisation payment of twenty-five percent (25%) upon execution of the service agreement; subsequent quarterly payments of twenty-five percent (25%) each, due within thirty (30) days of the end of each calendar quarter; and a final settlement of any remaining balance within sixty (60) days of project completion. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Advanced Scientific Consulting LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Late payments shall attract a penalty of two percent (2%) per month in accordance with UAE commercial law.

5. Terms and Conditions

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the United Arab Emirates.
2. The Physicist engaged under this agreement shall comply with all UAE federal and Abu Dhabi emirate-level regulations, including but not limited to the UAE Labour Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021) and the Abu Dhabi Free Zone Authority guidelines where applicable.
3. All intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of ADARI, Abu Dhabi, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
4. Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of this engagement for a period of five (5) years, in compliance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Abu Dhabi Data Protection Regulations.
5. Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of ninety (90) days. In the event of early termination, the Physicist shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a severance equivalent to two (2) months of the professional fee.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorised representatives of Advanced Scientific Consulting LLC and ADARI, Abu Dhabi.
7. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Arbitration Centre.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
