4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms subject to this Quotation Estimate may be revised to reflect current market conditions in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
4.2 The Physicist named under this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a background verification, professional reference check, and medical fitness assessment as mandated by the UAE Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security and the Dubai Health Authority.
4.3 Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the first six (6) months of service delivery, and 30% upon final project closure and submission of the comprehensive research report to the client in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4.4 All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated by the Physicist during the engagement period shall be jointly owned by the client and the consultancy firm, in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021 on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights.
4.5 The Physicist shall comply with all data protection regulations under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and shall not transfer any sensitive research data outside the United Arab Emirates without prior written consent.
4.6 Any scope changes, additional Physicist engagements, or extended service periods beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal amendment document signed by both parties.
4.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared exclusively for the client named above and is non-transferable. All monetary values are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). The engagement of the Physicist is contingent upon the successful completion of all UAE regulatory approvals, visa processing, and professional licensing procedures in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
