- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all rates and availability of the Physicist are subject to reconfirmation.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is due within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the final technical report by the Physicist.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in accordance with the standards set by the Institute of Physics and applicable United Kingdom health and safety legislation, including the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
- Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by Meridian Scientific Consultancy Ltd. prior to commencement.
- The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, proprietary information, and research findings in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR.
- All on-site work within the United Kingdom Birmingham area shall be conducted during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Out-of-hours or weekend work will be charged at 1.5 times the standard hourly rate.
