SCOPE OF SERVICES – PHYSICIST CONSULTATION

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Advanced Physics Consulting Group, LLC to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Physicist to deliver specialized consulting services to the Gulf Coast Energy Research Institute. All services described herein will be performed in and around the United States Houston metropolitan area, in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing professional scientific services in Texas. The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Physics from a nationally accredited institution and possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in energy systems modeling, thermodynamic analysis, and advanced materials science.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Physicist are subject to revision without prior notice.
Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon execution of the service agreement. The remaining fifty percent (50%) is due within fifteen (15) business days of final report delivery and client acceptance.
All services will be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the American Physical Society (APS) and applicable regulations of the State of Texas, United States. The Physicist shall maintain full professional liability insurance throughout the engagement.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional site visits, or extended advisory periods beyond those specified in this Quotation Estimate will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be billed at the rates specified in the itemized table above.
The Physicist shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary data, trade secrets, and intellectual property belonging to the client. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of any on-site work in Houston, United States.
All deliverables, including the technical report and simulation models, shall become the sole property of the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate. The Physicist retains the right to reference the project in a general, non-identifying manner for professional portfolio purposes.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by authorized representatives of both parties. The terms of the Service Agreement shall govern in the event of any conflict with this document.
Governing law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Taxes: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of applicable sales tax, use tax, or any other governmental levies. The client is responsible for any taxes imposed by the State of Texas or the City of Houston, United States, on professional services rendered.

ACCEPTANCE AND AUTHORIZATION

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The engagement of the Physicist for services in the United States Houston area shall commence upon execution of the formal Service Agreement and receipt of the initial payment.
