3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this validity window in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates and exchange conditions.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon successful completion of the full engagement period. All payments shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the designated account in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
3.3 Physicist Qualifications: The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate must hold a valid PhD in Physics or a closely related field, demonstrate fluency in English (and preferably Uzbek or Russian), and possess at least eight years of post-doctoral research experience. A copy of the Physicist's CV, publication list, and reference letters shall be provided prior to contract execution.
3.4 Intellectual Property: All research outputs, publications, patents, and intellectual property generated by the Physicist during the engagement period in Uzbekistan Tashkent shall be jointly owned by the Physicist and the commissioning institution, as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed concurrently with the main contract.
3.5 Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all costs incurred up to the termination date, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate, shall remain the responsibility of the commissioning party.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the civil and commercial laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
3.7 Tax Obligations: All applicable taxes, including but not limited to value-added tax (VAT) and personal income tax as mandated by the Tax Code of Uzbekistan, shall be borne by the commissioning institution unless otherwise specified in writing.
By signing below, the commissioning party acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in Uzbekistan Tashkent. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
