The following services will be delivered by the engaged Physicist, whose primary work location will be the client's laboratory and office facilities situated in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Physicist will also be available for on-site visits to partner institutions across the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area, including the Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City campus and the Saigon Science and Technology Park.

• Quantum Materials Research: The Physicist will lead experimental and theoretical investigations into quantum material properties, including superconductivity, topological insulators, and nanoscale semiconductor behavior, utilizing the laboratory infrastructure available in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Applied Physics Consulting: Provision of expert advisory services to the client's engineering teams on electromagnetic field modeling, thermodynamic system optimization, and optical physics applications relevant to the client's product development pipeline.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all experimental procedures and material handling protocols comply with Vietnamese national standards (TCVN) and the regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam applicable to physics research conducted in Ho Chi Minh City.

4.1 Payment shall be made in Vietnamese Dong (VND) via bank transfer to the account of Saigon Advanced Research & Development Co., Ltd., held at Vietcombank, Ho Chi Minh City Branch. The Physicist's compensation and all associated service fees outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following schedule:

4.2 An initial mobilization payment of 20% (VND 420,600,000) shall be due within ten (10) business days of the client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.

4.3 Monthly progress payments of 7% (VND 147,210,000) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each calendar month for the duration of the Physicist's engagement in Ho Chi Minh City.

4.4 A final settlement payment of 13% (VND 273,390,000) shall be due within fifteen (15) business days following the successful completion of all deliverables and the submission of the final project report.

4.5 All amounts are exclusive of applicable Vietnamese Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 10%, which shall be added to each invoice as required by the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam.

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiration, all rates and terms must be renegotiated, as market conditions for specialized Physicist talent in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam may fluctuate.

5.2 The Physicist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) covering all proprietary research data, experimental results, and intellectual property generated during the engagement period in Ho Chi Minh City.

5.5 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

5.6 This Quotation Estimate constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Physicist engagement and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings.
