- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates for the Physicist's services in Zimbabwe Harare are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions and exchange rate fluctuations.
- Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the Harare Applied Physics Consultancy account at Stanbic Bank, Harare Branch, in accordance with the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe foreign exchange regulations.
- A mobilisation payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Quotation Estimate is due upon signing of the service agreement. The remaining balance shall be disbursed in equal monthly instalments over the twelve-month project duration.
- The Physicist is engaged as an independent professional consultant and not as an employee of ZINSTEC. All intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement in Zimbabwe Harare shall be jointly owned by HAPC and ZINSTEC, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
- Any additional services requested by the client beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by HAPC and approved in writing by both parties before commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include international travel, accommodation, or per diem allowances. Should the Physicist be required to travel outside Zimbabwe Harare for conferences or collaborative research, such costs will be quoted separately.
- All work performed by the Physicist shall comply with the Zimbabwe National Radiation Protection Authority (ZINRA) regulations and the Occupational Safety and Health Act of Zimbabwe.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15] of the Laws of Zimbabwe.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Physicist in Zimbabwe Harare. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
