This Quotation Estimate has been carefully prepared to outline the scope of physiotherapy services, associated costs, and terms applicable to our professional care delivered in Bangladesh Dhaka. 1. Scope of Physiotherapist Services

The following Physiotherapist services are included in this Quotation Estimate for delivery in Bangladesh Dhaka:

Initial Comprehensive Assessment: A thorough evaluation of the patient's musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary condition conducted by a licensed Physiotherapist at our Dhaka clinic or at the patient's residence.
Manual Therapy & Joint Mobilization: Hands-on techniques including soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, and myofascial release performed by a qualified Physiotherapist.
Therapeutic Exercise Programs: Customized strengthening, stretching, and functional movement exercises designed to restore mobility and reduce pain.
Electrotherapy & Modalities: Application of TENS, ultrasound, laser therapy, cryotherapy, and heat therapy as clinically indicated.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: Structured recovery programs following orthopedic, cardiac, or neurological surgeries, supervised by a dedicated Physiotherapist.
Home Visit Physiotherapy: On-site Physiotherapist sessions at the patient's home within the Dhaka city limits, including all necessary portable equipment.
Neurological Rehabilitation: Specialized Physiotherapist-led programs for stroke recovery, spinal cord injury, and peripheral neuropathy management.
Sports Injury Management: Prevention, treatment, and return-to-play protocols for athletes and active individuals in Bangladesh Dhaka.

All rates are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). This Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates for Physiotherapist services in Bangladesh Dhaka as of June 2025.

3. Terms & Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates for Physiotherapist services in Bangladesh Dhaka may be subject to revision.
A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total estimated cost is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Physiotherapist's schedule.
Remaining balance shall be payable in two equal installments: 50% at the midpoint of the treatment course and 50% upon completion of all sessions.
Home visit services are available within the Dhaka Metropolitan Area. Travel beyond a 15-kilometer radius from the clinic will incur an additional transportation surcharge of BDT 200 per kilometer.
All Physiotherapist sessions are conducted by licensed and registered professionals with the Bangladesh Physiotherapy Association. Each therapist holds a minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience.
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee.
This Quotation Estimate does not include diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan), surgical procedures, or pharmaceutical costs. These will be billed separately if required.
DMC Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre operates in compliance with all applicable health regulations set by the Department of Health, Government of Bangladesh, and maintains full professional liability insurance for all Physiotherapist services delivered in Bangladesh Dhaka.
Confidentiality of all patient records and treatment plans is maintained in accordance with the Digital Security Act of Bangladesh and international medical ethics standards.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

4. Acceptance & Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Physiotherapist services to be rendered in Bangladesh Dhaka under the terms and conditions outlined above.
