1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally submitted to the Beijing International Sports & Rehabilitation Centre to outline the comprehensive scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Physiotherapist to provide ongoing clinical and rehabilitative services within the China Beijing metropolitan area. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period specified above. All pricing is denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB) unless otherwise stated.

2. Scope of Services — Physiotherapist Engagement

The Physiotherapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver the following services across all designated facilities in China Beijing:

Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Comprehensive musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary evaluations for patients presenting at the China Beijing primary clinic and satellite locations.
Manual Therapy & Treatment: Joint mobilisation, soft-tissue manipulation, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercise programming tailored to individual patient needs.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation: Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation protocols for athletes and active individuals, including return-to-play assessments.
Electrotherapy & Modalities: Application of TENS, ultrasound, laser therapy, cryotherapy, and other evidence-based modalities available at the China Beijing facility.
Patient Education & Home Exercise Programs: Development of individualised self-management plans to ensure continuity of care beyond the clinic in China Beijing.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Weekly case conferences with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and occupational therapists at the China Beijing centre.
On-Site Event Coverage: Availability for major sporting events and corporate wellness fairs held in China Beijing during the contract period (up to 12 events per annum).

4. Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Beijing.
Payment shall be made on a monthly basis within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
The Physiotherapist engaged under this agreement must hold a valid Practising Certificate issued by the China Physiotherapy Association and be registered with the relevant health authority in China Beijing.
Capital Wellness Physiotherapy Group shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of CNY 5,000,000 per claim for all Physiotherapist staff operating in China Beijing.
Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata settlement of the Quotation Estimate amounts shall apply.
All patient records and clinical data generated in China Beijing shall be stored in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement shall be executed upon mutual acceptance of the terms outlined herein.
Any changes to the scope of Physiotherapist services, additional locations within China Beijing, or extended hours must be documented via a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate.

5. Acceptance & Authorisation

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Physiotherapist services in China Beijing. The terms outlined herein shall govern the professional relationship for the stated contract duration.
