Scope of ServicesThe Physiotherapist engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall deliver a comprehensive range of therapeutic interventions tailored to the clinical needs of patients referred by the Brandt Orthopedic Clinic. Services to be rendered in Germany Frankfurt include, but are not limited to: manual therapy and joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise programs, electrotherapy and ultrasound application, lymphatic drainage, post-operative rehabilitation protocols, sports injury management, and patient education for home exercise compliance. All treatments shall be conducted in accordance with the German Physiotherapy Act (Masseur- und Physiotherapeutengesetz) and the applicable professional standards of the BVMF.

This Quotation Estimate proposes an initial contract term of twelve (12) months, commencing on 01 August 2025, with the option to renew for successive twelve-month periods upon mutual written agreement. The Physiotherapist shall be compensated on a monthly basis, with invoices issued on the first business day of each month. Payment shall be due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt via bank transfer to the account designated by Frankfurt Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate of 8% above the European Central Bank base rate, in accordance with German commercial law (HGB § 288).
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Germany Frankfurt.
2. The Physiotherapist shall maintain full professional liability insurance (Berufshaftpflichtversicherung) with a minimum coverage of EUR 2,000,000 per claim throughout the duration of the engagement.
3. All patient data processed under this arrangement shall be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of services.
4. Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of termination, all outstanding invoices for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.
5. The Physiotherapist reserves the right to refer patients to specialist colleagues within the Frankfurt network if a condition falls outside the scope of standard physiotherapeutic intervention.
6. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main.
7. All services described in this Quotation Estimate are to be performed at the premises of the Brandt Orthopedic Clinic located in Germany Frankfurt, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate. The engagement of the Physiotherapist shall commence upon full execution of this document and receipt of the initial payment.
