The treatment plan is designed to address post-operative lower limb rehabilitation, chronic lumbar spine dysfunction, and progressive gait retraining over a twelve-week period.

Important: This Quotation Estimate is a projection based on the current clinical presentation and anticipated treatment trajectory. The final invoice may vary by up to 10% depending on the patient's response to therapy, any additional Physiotherapist interventions required, or changes in the treatment plan as determined by the treating clinician in Kenya Nairobi. All sessions must be conducted at our registered facility on Lion Road, Westlands, Kenya Nairobi, unless a home-visit surcharge of KES 1,500 per visit is agreed upon in writing.

4.1 — A non-refundable deposit of 25% (KES 48,305) of the total Quotation Estimate value is required to secure the client's treatment schedule and reserve Physiotherapist availability for the full twelve-week programme.

4.2 — The remaining balance shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% due at the end of Week 6 and the final 50% due upon completion of the programme and issuance of the discharge report.

4.3 — Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa (Till No. 8845210), bank transfer to Equity Bank (A/C 0012345678901, Branch: Westlands, Kenya Nairobi), and major credit/debit cards. All payments are subject to applicable Kenyan VAT at 16% where the client is not a registered VAT entity.

4.4 — Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.

4.5 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision in line with the Kenya Physiotherapy Council's updated fee schedule and prevailing economic conditions in Kenya Nairobi.

All Physiotherapist services described in this Quotation Estimate are delivered by clinicians who are fully registered with the Kenya Physiotherapy Council (KPC), hold valid professional indemnity insurance, and operate in strict compliance with the Health Professions Council of Kenya (HPCoK) regulatory framework. Our Kenya Nairobi facility is licensed under the Public Health Act (Cap 244) and meets all national standards for clinical safety, infection control, and patient data protection as stipulated by the Data Protection Act, 2019.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate, agrees to the scope of Physiotherapist services, payment terms, and conditions outlined herein, and authorises Nairobi Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre to commence the treatment programme at the Kenya Nairobi facility as scheduled.
