- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on current market rates in Kuwait Kuwait City.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the third month, and the remaining 30% upon final delivery of the six-month program.
- All payments shall be made in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) via bank transfer to Al-Nakheel Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center, Bank of Kuwait, Account No. 0045-2211-8899.
- The Physiotherapist services described herein are subject to clinical discretion. The treating Physiotherapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on patient progress, contraindications, or medical necessity.
- Any additional sessions beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate will be billed at the standard rate of KWD 25.000 per 45-minute session, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All patient records and medical documentation will be maintained in strict compliance with Kuwaiti data protection regulations and the confidentiality standards of the Kuwait Ministry of Health.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and stamped by both parties. A formal Service Agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Kuwait Kuwait City, may result in program delays without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service delivery shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Kuwait Kuwait City.
