The Physiotherapist will provide on-site assessments, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programmes, electrotherapy, hydrotherapy guidance, ergonomic workplace evaluations, and post-injury rehabilitation protocols. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates for the Physiotherapist engagement may be subject to revision based on prevailing Myanmar Yangon market conditions.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) days of each monthly service delivery by the Physiotherapist.
- The Physiotherapist shall maintain a minimum of four (4) working days per week at the Myanmar Yangon client facility. Any absence must be communicated at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance, and a qualified substitute Physiotherapist will be arranged at no additional cost.
- All patient records and clinical data handled by the Physiotherapist shall remain the confidential property of the client in accordance with Myanmar data protection regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final negotiation.
- Any additional Physiotherapist services beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard Myanmar Yangon consultation rate of 250,000 MMK per session.
- The Physiotherapist is required to submit a comprehensive annual report summarising all interventions, patient outcomes, and workplace injury statistics for the Myanmar Yangon facility.
