The following Physiotherapist services are included in this Quotation Estimate for the client's recovery and rehabilitation programme in Nepal Kathmandu:

• Initial Comprehensive Assessment: A full-body physiotherapy evaluation conducted by a licensed Physiotherapist at our Kathmandu clinic, including gait analysis, range-of-motion testing, muscle strength grading, and pain assessment. Duration: 60 minutes.
• Manual Therapy Sessions: Hands-on treatment including joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, myofascial release, and therapeutic stretching performed by a senior Physiotherapist. Duration: 45 minutes per session.
• Therapeutic Exercise Programme: Customised strengthening, flexibility, and functional movement exercises designed by the Physiotherapist based on the client's specific condition and recovery goals.
• Electrotherapy & Modalities: Application of TENS, ultrasound therapy, hot/cold packs, and electrical stimulation as prescribed by the treating Physiotherapist.
• Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: Structured recovery plan for post-operative patients, including wound care guidance, progressive loading, and return-to-activity protocols.
• Home Exercise Programme & Follow-Up: Written and video-based home exercise instructions provided by the Physiotherapist, along with telephonic follow-up consultations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Physiotherapist service rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
• A minimum advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to confirm the booking and reserve the Physiotherapist's schedule. The remaining balance shall be settled upon completion of the treatment programme.
• All Physiotherapist sessions are to be conducted at our registered clinic premises in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal, unless a home-visit service is specifically requested and approved in writing. Home-visit charges, if applicable, will be added to this Quotation Estimate as a separate line item.
• The treatment plan and the number of sessions outlined in this Quotation Estimate are based on the initial clinical assessment. The treating Physiotherapist reserves the right to modify the programme based on the patient's progress, and any additional sessions will be billed at the rates specified herein.
• Cancellations must be communicated at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Sessions cancelled without adequate notice will be charged at fifty percent (50%) of the session fee.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan), laboratory tests, or surgical procedures. These costs, if required, will be quoted separately by the relevant medical facility in Nepal Kathmandu.
• All Physiotherapist services are provided by licensed and registered professionals holding valid credentials from the Nepal Physiotherapy Association. The client's medical records and treatment data will be maintained in strict confidence in accordance with Nepal's data protection regulations.
• Payment may be made via cash, bank transfer (Nabil Bank, Rastriya Banijya Bank), or digital wallet (eSewa, Khalti) to the accounts specified in the final invoice.
• This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client. Any change in the patient's identity will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
