The Physiotherapist services outlined in this Quotation Estimate encompass a full spectrum of rehabilitative and therapeutic interventions tailored to the client's specific clinical needs. Our team of qualified Physiotherapist practitioners in Nigeria Lagos will conduct an initial comprehensive assessment, develop a personalised treatment plan, and deliver ongoing sessions over the agreed treatment period. The services include but are not limited to: manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, electrotherapy (TENS, ultrasound, interferential current), hydrotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, and ergonomic workplace assessments. • Home visit services are limited to the Nigeria Lagos metropolitan area (Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikoyi, Ajah, and Ikeja). Travel beyond these zones will attract an additional transport surcharge.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include diagnostic imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT scan) or pharmaceutical costs, which will be billed separately if required.
• The Physiotherapist treatment plan is subject to clinical review and may be modified based on the patient's progress and response to therapy.
