- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Physiotherapist engagement in Qatar Doha may be subject to revision based on market conditions and regulatory updates.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 50% due within fifteen (15) days of the monthly service invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account details provided by the service provider.
- The Physiotherapist shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, including but not limited to the Qatar Labour Law, data protection guidelines, and the Ministry of Public Health clinical practice standards.
- Cancellation policy: The client may terminate the Physiotherapist engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the termination date shall apply.
- All patient records and clinical data generated during the Physiotherapist sessions in Qatar Doha shall remain the confidential property of the client and shall be handled in strict accordance with Qatar's data privacy regulations.
- The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of QAR 2,000,000 and shall provide a certificate upon request.
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and mutual agreement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and stamped by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed within seven (7) days of acceptance.
