All sessions will be conducted at our fully equipped clinic in the Plateau district of Senegal Dakar, utilizing modern therapeutic equipment and evidence-based clinical protocols.

The complete Physiotherapist program outlined in this Quotation Estimate spans approximately eight (8) weeks from the date of the initial assessment. The schedule is designed to align with the client's work commitments in Senegal Dakar and will be reviewed and adjusted at the mid-program checkpoint (Week 4) by the lead Physiotherapist. Any modifications to frequency or modality will be communicated in writing and, if they alter the total cost, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued for the client's approval before additional charges apply.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the account of Dakar Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Center. A deposit of 30 percent of the total amount (730,500 XOF) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Physiotherapist's schedule. The remaining balance is payable in two equal installments: 50 percent at the completion of Week 4 and 50 percent at the conclusion of the full program. Late payments are subject to a 2 percent monthly surcharge. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue; beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in operational costs in Senegal Dakar.

All Physiotherapist services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are delivered by practitioners registered with the Ordre des Kinésithérapeutes du Sénégal and holding valid professional licenses.
