This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 21% as mandated by Spanish fiscal legislation. Payment terms: A 30% deposit is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Physiotherapist's schedule.
