The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of treatment, the associated costs, the schedule of sessions, and all applicable terms and conditions governing the provision of physiotherapy care. This Quotation Estimate is issued in accordance with the professional standards set by the Colegio Oficial de Fisioterapeutas de la Comunitat Valenciana and complies with all regulatory requirements established by the Generalitat Valenciana for the practice of physiotherapy in the region.

The Physiotherapist assigned to this case, licensed under the Valencian Community health authority, will provide a full range of rehabilitative and therapeutic interventions tailored to the client's specific medical condition. The services covered under this Quotation Estimate include but are not limited to: initial clinical assessment and diagnostic evaluation, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise programmes, electrotherapy modalities, soft tissue mobilisation, joint mobilisation and manipulation, postural re-education, and functional rehabilitation. All treatments will be conducted at our facility located in the heart of Spain Valencia, specifically in the Ruzafa district, ensuring convenient access for the client.

The Physiotherapist will coordinate a treatment plan spanning approximately eight (8) weeks, with sessions scheduled two to three times per week depending on the client's recovery progress. All appointments will take place at the clinic premises in Spain Valencia during standard operating hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00; Saturday, 09:00–14:00). The client will be notified of any schedule modifications by the Physiotherapist at least 24 hours in advance. This Quotation Estimate assumes the client will attend all scheduled sessions; missed appointments may result in additional charges as outlined in the terms below.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Spain Valencia.
A deposit of 20% of the total estimated amount (EUR 338.00) is required to confirm the booking and secure the Physiotherapist's availability for the full treatment programme.
Remaining balance shall be payable in two equal instalments: 50% at the midpoint of the treatment plan and 50% upon completion of the final session.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN: ES21 0081 5240 3100 0123 4567), credit/debit card, and direct debit. All payments are processed in accordance with Spanish financial regulations.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 50% of the session fee as stated in this Quotation Estimate.
The Physiotherapist reserves the right to modify the treatment plan based on clinical progress. Any additional sessions beyond those listed in this Quotation Estimate will be billed separately at the standard rates applicable in Spain Valencia.
All personal health data will be handled in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a medical diagnosis. The Physiotherapist will operate under the referral or guidance of the client's attending physician where applicable.
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, in accordance with Spanish civil law.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate of costs. The final invoice may vary by up to 10% depending on the clinical evolution of the patient's condition as assessed by the Physiotherapist during the course of treatment in Spain Valencia. The client will be informed of any significant cost adjustments prior to additional services being rendered.
