This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Valley Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver in-facility and on-site rehabilitation services within the Sudan Khartoum metropolitan area. The services outlined below are designed to meet the specific clinical and operational requirements of the client as discussed during the initial consultation held on 28 May 2025 at the client’s premises in Khartoum.
The Physiotherapist assigned to this contract shall hold a recognized Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Khartoum or an equivalent accredited institution, possess a valid practicing license issued by the Sudanese Ministry of Health, and carry a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification clinical experience in orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation. All services will be delivered in accordance with the professional standards set by the Sudanese Physiotherapy Association and international best-practice guidelines.

- A non-refundable deposit of 25% (SDG 1,387,500) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- The remaining 75% shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of SDG 316,250, due on the 5th business day of each month.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Nile Valley Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, Bank of Khartoum, Branch: Al-Muraj, Account No: 0044-7821-9935.
- Late payments exceeding fifteen (15) calendar days will incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Physiotherapist shall comply with all applicable Sudanese health regulations, data protection requirements, and professional ethical codes at all times during the engagement.
- The client agrees to provide a safe, adequately equipped, and climate-controlled workspace for the Physiotherapist at all service delivery locations within Khartoum and its immediate suburbs.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond those described in this document must be approved in writing by both parties and will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, all fees for the notice period remain payable.
- All patient records and clinical data generated during the engagement are the property of the client and shall be returned or securely destroyed upon contract completion, in compliance with Sudanese medical confidentiality laws.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and cost figures set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the Physiotherapist services to be rendered in Sudan Khartoum.
