3. Physiotherapist Qualifications & Credentials

All Physiotherapist professionals assigned to this treatment plan hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from accredited institutions in Thailand Bangkok or internationally recognised universities. Each Physiotherapist is registered with the Physiotherapy Council of Thailand and maintains a valid professional licence. The lead Physiotherapist overseeing this case possesses over twelve years of clinical experience in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation, having treated thousands of patients in the Thailand Bangkok region. This ensures that the Quotation Estimate reflects not only fair pricing but also the highest standard of clinical expertise available in Thailand Bangkok.

4. Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit (THB 25,733.50) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining balance (THB 25,733.50) is payable upon completion of the final session.
Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer (Siam Commercial Bank, Bangkok branch), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard), or cash at the clinic in Thailand Bangkok.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a booked Physiotherapist appointment will incur a 50% fee of the session price.
Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Quotation Estimate may be required to reflect any changes in service pricing in Thailand Bangkok.
Insurance: This Quotation Estimate may be submitted to the client's health insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement. Our Physiotherapist team will provide itemised invoices and treatment reports as required by insurers operating in Thailand Bangkok.
Confidentiality: All patient records and treatment details are handled in strict accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the professional ethics code of the Physiotherapy Council of Thailand.

5. Acceptance & Authorisation
