Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current material costs and labour rates in the Melbourne, Australia market.
- All work will be performed by a licensed Plumber holding a current Victorian Plumbing Licence in accordance with the Plumbing Code of Australia (2021 edition) and the Building Act 1993 (Vic).
- Payment terms: 50% deposit ($2,525.05) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the booking and order materials. The remaining 50% ($2,525.05) is due upon completion and sign-off of all works.
- Payment is to be made via bank transfer to Melbourne AquaFlow Plumbing Services, BSB 062-000, Account No. 1234 5678, or by EFTPOS on completion. Cheques are not accepted.
- All workmanship carries a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on supplied equipment (e.g., hot water service) are passed through to the client and are separate from our workmanship guarantee.
- Access to the property must be provided between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If access is not available on the scheduled date, a rescheduling fee of $150.00 may apply.
- Any additional work identified during the project that falls outside the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be communicated to the client in writing before commencement, with a revised Quotation Estimate provided for approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural repairs, electrical works, or tiling. If such works become necessary, they will be quoted separately by the relevant licensed tradesperson.
- By accepting this Quotation Estimate, the client acknowledges that Melbourne AquaFlow Plumbing Services operates in compliance with all applicable Australian Standards, Victorian Building Authority requirements, and Melbourne Water connection regulations.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the works described herein shall be resolved in accordance with the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) procedures.
