- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or changes in labour availability in the Australia Sydney market.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit (AUD $2,913.63) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber's scheduled work date. The remaining 50% balance (AUD $2,913.62) is due upon satisfactory completion of all works and handover of compliance documentation.
- All plumbing works will be carried out in strict compliance with the Plumbing Code of Australia (PCA), Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3500 series), and the regulations of NSW Fair Trading. Our Plumber team holds a current Class 1 Water Supply and Sanitation licence.
- Harbour City Plumbing & Drainage Pty Ltd provides a minimum twelve (12) month workmanship warranty on all labour and a manufacturer's warranty (typically 5–10 years) on all installed equipment, including the new hot water service.
- The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to all work areas, including the rear yard, kitchen, and laundry. The Plumber team will require access to the main water isolation valve and gas meter during the works.
- Any works required by the local council (Waverley City Council) or WaterNSW that fall outside the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing before commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any structural repairs, electrical works, or landscaping restoration that may be required as a consequence of the plumbing works. Such items will be referred to the appropriate licensed tradesperson.
