- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any work commenced after the expiry date shall be subject to revised pricing due to potential fluctuations in material costs in the Bangladesh Dhaka market.
- All Plumber services described herein shall be executed by qualified and insured technicians employed by Dhaka AquaFlow Plumbing Services Ltd. The lead Plumber assigned to this project holds a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing within Bangladesh Dhaka.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and client sign-off.
- All materials and equipment specified in this Quotation Estimate shall be new, ISI-marked or equivalent certified products. The Plumber team shall present original purchase invoices for all major components upon request.
- A comprehensive warranty of twenty-four (24) months on workmanship and twelve (12) months on all installed equipment is provided. This warranty is valid only for work performed within Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area.
- The estimated project duration is ten (10) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and client availability for access to the property.
