All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR). VAT is applied at the Belgian standard rate of 21%. For eligible energy-saving installations, the client may be entitled to a reduced VAT rate of 6% or a tax credit under the Brussels-Capital Region energy renovation programme. The estimated duration for the complete Plumber works described in this Quotation Estimate is five (5) working days, commencing on the date confirmed by mutual agreement between the client and Brussels AquaFlow Plumbing Services. The works will be scheduled between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday through Friday, in accordance with the noise and disturbance regulations applicable in the Belgium Brussels residential zones. Any delays caused by force majeure, unforeseen structural issues, or client-requested changes will be communicated in writing and may result in an adjusted timeline and a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
A deposit of 30% (EUR 2,525.03 incl. VAT) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Plumber team and materials. The remaining 70% (EUR 5,891.73 incl. VAT) shall be payable within fourteen (14) calendar days following the final handover inspection and written sign-off by the client. Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice. Late payments will incur interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in material costs, labour rates, or changes in Belgian regulatory requirements. The Plumber services and material specifications listed herein are based on the current market conditions in Belgium Brussels and the specific property assessment conducted on 10 June 2025.
Brussels AquaFlow Plumbing Services provides a five (5) year workmanship warranty on all Plumber installations covered by this Quotation Estimate, in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on all supplied equipment (minimum two years). This warranty is valid throughout the Belgium Brussels region and extends to any defects arising from faulty workmanship or material failure under normal residential use. The client is encouraged to schedule an annual maintenance inspection to preserve warranty coverage and ensure optimal system performance.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and the deposit has been received.
- All Plumber works will be performed by qualified and insured professionals registered with the Brussels-Capital Region professional body.
- The client grants the Plumber team full access to the property during the agreed working hours and is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and accessible.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written estimate and prior client approval before commencement.
