- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Brazilian Reais (BRL) and are subject to revision upon expiration due to material cost fluctuations in the Brazil São Paulo market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of physical works (Items 02–06), and 20% upon final commissioning and delivery of documentation. Payment via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account specified in the service contract.
- All work performed by our Plumber team is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor – Lei 8.078/1990).
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, including the rooftop, mechanical rooms, and individual apartments. Any additional access fees or scaffolding requirements will be quoted separately.
- All materials used shall comply with INMETRO certification and ABNT standards. The Plumber shall present material datasheets and conformity certificates upon request.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00. Overtime or weekend work requires prior written authorization and will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Agreement (Contrato de Prestação de Serviços) must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented via a written Change Order signed by both the client and the Plumber supervisor before execution.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil.
