- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in the China Guangzhou market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the Plumber work, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection, pressure testing, and client sign-off.
- The project timeline is estimated at fourteen (14) working days from the date of commencement, subject to site access and material delivery schedules within Guangzhou.
- All Plumber work shall be performed by licensed and certified technicians holding valid Guangzhou Municipal Plumbing Operation Permits. A minimum of three (3) qualified Plumber personnel will be assigned to this project at all times.
- The provider warrants all workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. All installed materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties, which shall be transferred to the client.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, ensuring that water and electrical supplies can be isolated as needed, and coordinating with building management for any required permits specific to the Guangzhou municipal jurisdiction.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written variation order signed by both parties before additional Plumber work commences. No verbal instructions shall be binding.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the provider. Upon acceptance, it shall form part of the master service agreement between the parties.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through arbitration under the rules of the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission in China Guangzhou.
