The estimated duration for the completion of all Plumber works described in this Quotation Estimate is 8 to 10 business days from the date of contract signing and receipt of the initial payment. Work will be scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in accordance with the building management regulations of the residential complex in Colombia Bogotá. Any delays caused by force majeure, material unavailability, or client-requested modifications will be communicated in writing within 24 hours.
4. Payment TermsPayment shall be made in Colombian Pesos (COP) via bank transfer to the account of HidroServicios Bogotá S.A.S. The schedule is as follows:
- 40% advance payment (COP 4.155.480) upon signing of the service contract and approval of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% progress payment (COP 4.155.480) upon completion of all piping replacement and fixture installation (Items 02 through 06).
- 20% final payment (COP 2.077.740) upon successful final pressure test, client sign-off, and delivery of the Plumber completion certificate.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
- All Plumber materials specified in this document are of premium grade and carry a minimum 5-year manufacturer warranty. Labor warranty is 12 months from the date of final acceptance.
- The Plumber services described herein include all necessary tools, equipment, and safety gear. The client is responsible for providing access to the property and coordinating with the building administration.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written authorization and additional cost estimate approved by the client prior to execution.
- HidroServicios Bogotá S.A.S. holds all required licenses and insurance (liability and workers' compensation) to perform Plumber services in the jurisdiction of Colombia Bogotá, as mandated by local and national regulations.
