All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are sourced from authorized distributors in Addis Ababa and meet or exceed Ethiopian Standards (ES) requirements. Payments may be made via bank transfer to the company’s account at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch, or by certified cheque. No cash payments exceeding ETB 5,000 will be accepted in accordance with Ethiopian anti-money-laundering directives.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs in the Addis Ababa market.
The Plumber services are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance. The warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, freezing, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Addis Ababa City Administration or AAWSA prior to the commencement of work that affects shared building infrastructure or municipal connections.
Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
The Plumber contractor shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for work-in-progress and public liability in accordance with Ethiopian insurance law.
All waste materials generated during the Plumber work shall be removed from the site daily and disposed of at licensed facilities in Addis Ababa. The client shall not be charged separately for standard waste removal.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation under the Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Services. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
