Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After 14 July 2025, prices may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Marseille region.
2. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include the supply of all materials unless otherwise stated. The plumber, Plomberie Méditerranée SARL, guarantees all workmanship for a period of 10 years on structural installations and 2 years on fittings and accessories, in accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation).
3. Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon completion of the main installation work, and the remaining 20% upon final sign-off and handover of the completed plumbing works. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the company account in Marseille.
4. The plumber reserves the right to adjust the scope of work if hidden defects or non-conformities are discovered during the course of the plumbing works. Any additional work will be subject to a supplementary written estimate approved by the client before execution.
