3. Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate
3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for Plumber materials and labour in France Paris.
3.2 Payment Terms: A deposit of 30% of the total TTC amount (€ 3,870.00) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% (€ 9,030.00) shall be payable within fifteen (15) days following the completion of all Plumber works and the client's written sign-off. Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the account of Plomberie Paris Excellence (IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 0001 2345 678).
3.3 Schedule: The Plumber works described in this Quotation Estimate are estimated to be completed within ten (10) working days from the date of the deposit receipt, subject to access to the property and availability of materials. Work will be carried out between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday, in compliance with the noise regulations of the City of Paris (arrêté municipal sur le bruit).
3.4 Warranty: All Plumber workmanship is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of completion, in accordance with French Civil Code Article 1792-1 (garantie biennale).
