3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Plumber reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations or changes in labor availability in Germany Frankfurt.
3.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% is due within 14 days of completion and sign-off of the final work report. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Frankfurt Sanitär & Heizung GmbH, IBAN: DE89 5001 0517 0400 0123 45, BIC: PBNKDEFF.
3.3 Work Schedule: The Plumber estimates a completion period of 5 to 7 working days from the start date, subject to material availability and access to the property in Germany Frankfurt. Any delays caused by the client or third parties (e.g., building management, utility companies) will extend the timeline accordingly.
3.4 Warranty: All work performed by our Plumber team carries a statutory warranty of 5 years on workmanship and 2 years on installed materials, in accordance with German civil law (BGB §634a). This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer warranties on components.
