All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00). Weekend or emergency call-out rates in Germany Munich will be quoted separately.

This Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding offer by München Sanitär & Heizung GmbH for the specified Plumber services in Germany Munich. Acceptance is confirmed by the client's written signature below.
All work is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of completion, in accordance with the German Civil Code (BGB § 634a) and the Handwerksordnung (HwO).
The Plumber shall comply with all occupational safety regulations (DGUV Vorschrift 1, TRBS 2121) and environmental disposal requirements applicable in the Free State of Bavaria.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 70% balance due within 14 days of completion and final sign-off by the client.
Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written approval and additional charge at the standard hourly rate of 58.00 EUR (net) per Plumber.
The client grants the Plumber access to the property at Germany Munich, Brienner Straße 27, during the agreed working hours. The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to all affected areas.
Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich (München), Germany.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until signed by both parties. The Plumber reserves the right to decline work if structural or safety hazards are discovered during the initial inspection that fall outside the scope of standard plumbing services.
