This Quotation Estimate is issued by Delhi AquaFlow Plumbing Services Pvt. Ltd., a licensed and registered Plumber service provider operating across India New Delhi, in response to the client's request for comprehensive plumbing repair, installation, and maintenance work at the residential property located in Dwarka, New Delhi. This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate detailing the scope of work, itemized costs, applicable taxes, timelines, and terms governing the engagement of our Plumber team. All pricing in this Quotation Estimate is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.
2. Scope of Work — Plumber ServicesOur certified Plumber team will carry out the following services at the client's premises in India New Delhi. The Plumber assigned to this project holds a valid trade license issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and possesses over twelve years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing within the New Delhi metropolitan area.

The Plumber team shall commence work within three (3) working days of receiving the signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The estimated duration for completion of all listed Plumber services is five (5) consecutive working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in the local India New Delhi market. A daily progress report will be shared with the client via WhatsApp or email.
4. Payment TermsPayment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows: 40% advance payment (INR 79,532.00) upon signing, 40% milestone payment (INR 79,532.00) upon completion of pipe replacement and tank installation, and the remaining 20% (INR 39,766.00) upon final inspection and handover. Payments may be made via NEFT, RTGS, UPI, or bank transfer to the company account. No cash payments exceeding INR 50,000 shall be accepted in compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961, as enforced in India New Delhi.
5. Warranty & After-Service SupportAll work performed by our Plumber team carries a warranty of twelve (12) months on workmanship and the manufacturer's warranty on all supplied materials and fixtures. In the event of any defect arising from the Plumber's work within the warranty period, our team in India New Delhi will attend to the issue at no additional cost within 48 hours of the client's notification.
6. Terms and Conditions6.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating material costs in the India New Delhi market.
6.2. Any additional work beyond the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be charged separately at the standard Plumber hourly rate of INR 800 per hour, subject to prior written approval by the client.
6.3. The client shall ensure uninterrupted access to the work area, including water and electricity supply, during the project duration.
6.4. This Quotation Estimate does not include structural masonry work, electrical rewiring beyond the water heater connection, or any civil engineering modifications.
6.5. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
6.6. The Plumber service provider reserves the right to reschedule work in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to monsoon flooding common in India New Delhi during the June–September period.
