This Quotation Estimate is issued by Jakarta AquaFlow Plumbing Co., Ltd. to PT. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Plumber service provider reserves the right to revise pricing due to material cost fluctuations in the Indonesia Jakarta market.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of all repair and replacement works, and 20% upon successful handover and sign-off of the preventive maintenance schedule.
- All Plumber work shall be performed by licensed and certified technicians holding valid K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) certification as required by Indonesian labour regulations.
- The service provider guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion. Material warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms.
- Work schedule: All major plumbing works shall be carried out between 08:00 and 17:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time) on weekdays. Emergency Plumber response in Indonesia Jakarta shall be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an on-site arrival time not exceeding 90 minutes.
- Any variation or additional scope of work beyond this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties before execution. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for such variations.
- The client shall provide safe access to all areas of the property, including mechanical rooms, roof access, and basement levels, to enable the Plumber team to perform the work without obstruction.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of the District Court of South Jakarta, Indonesia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a separate Service Agreement is executed.
