All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate shall comply with Iranian national standards (ISIRI) and the building codes applicable in Iran Tehran. PPR pipes shall be manufactured by a certified Iranian or approved international brand with a minimum pressure rating of PN20. All fittings, valves, and fixtures shall be new, unused, and accompanied by manufacturer warranties. The Plumber team will present material samples and brand approvals to the client prior to commencing installation work.
Upon receipt of the client's written approval of this Quotation Estimate and the initial payment, the Plumber crew will mobilize to the site within 48 hours. The estimated duration for completion of all work items is 10 to 12 working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of specialized materials in the Tehran market. A detailed daily work schedule will be provided to the client upon project commencement.
- Advance Payment (40%): 41,206,000 IRR — Due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- Progress Payment (40%): 41,206,000 IRR — Due upon completion of all pipe replacement and fixture installation (Items 02 through 06).
- Final Payment (20%): 20,603,000 IRR — Due upon successful pressure testing, final inspection, and client sign-off.
Tehran AquaFlow Plumbing Co. provides a comprehensive 24-month warranty on all labor and workmanship performed by our Plumber team. All installed materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 5 to 10 years for PPR pipes and 2 years for fixtures). In the event of any defect arising from workmanship within the warranty period, our Plumber team will respond to the client's call within 24 hours and perform corrective work at no additional cost. This warranty is valid for properties located within the Tehran metropolitan area, Iran.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs in the Iran Tehran market.
- All prices are quoted in Iranian Rials (IRR) and are inclusive of labor, standard tools, and equipment. Specialized equipment beyond standard Plumber tools will be quoted separately if required.
- The client is responsible for ensuring access to the work area, including clearing of furniture and personal items from the immediate work zone.
