This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tigris Plumbing & Water Solutions LLC for the comprehensive provision of Plumber services at the Al-Rashid Residential Complex located in the Al-Rashid District of Baghdad, Iraq. All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Iraqi Dinar (IQD). Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon signing of the work order (IQD 16,902,900); 40% progress payment upon completion of pipe replacement and fixture installation (IQD 22,537,200); and 30% final balance payment upon successful commissioning, pressure testing, and client sign-off (IQD 16,902,900). Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the provider's account at the Central Bank of Iraq, Baghdad branch. No work shall commence until the advance payment is confirmed in the provider's account.
4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating material costs in the Baghdad market.
4.2 The Plumber services described herein include all labor, standard tools, and consumables. Any work outside the defined scope will be subject to a separate supplementary quotation.
4.3 The provider warrants all workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of final acceptance. Materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
4.4 The client shall ensure uninterrupted access to all floors and areas of the complex during the project duration. Delays caused by client-side access restrictions will extend the project timeline proportionally.
4.5 All work shall comply with the safety regulations issued by the Baghdad Municipality and the Iraqi Ministry of Labor. The provider carries full public liability insurance coverage for operations within Iraq Baghdad.
4.6 In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi law.
4.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the attached work order agreement.
