This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, prices may be adjusted to reflect current material costs in the Israel Jerusalem market.
Payment terms: 30% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of pipe replacement and fixture installation, and the remaining 30% upon final sign-off and handover.
All Plumber work will be performed in accordance with the Israeli Standards Institute (SII) regulations, the Jerusalem Municipality building permits, and the National Water Company (Mekorot) guidelines for residential connections in Israel Jerusalem.
The Plumber team will operate between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00, Monday through Friday. Work on Shabbat (Friday afternoon to Saturday evening) is not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be subject to a 50% surcharge if requested.
A 12-month warranty is provided on all workmanship. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturers and are transferable to the client.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits from the Jerusalem Municipality prior to the commencement of structural pipe modifications. Our Plumber team will assist in preparing the required documentation.

In the event of disputes, this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any legal proceedings shall take place in the courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
