Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in the Israel Tel Aviv market.
- AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions Ltd. is a fully licensed Plumber registered with the Israel Ministry of Construction and Housing. All work performed complies with Israeli building codes (Tikun 5400) and Tel Aviv municipal plumbing regulations.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon completion of major work items, and 10% upon final sign-off and delivery of the warranty certificate.
- All work is covered by a two-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on installed equipment (water heater, softener, valves) are passed through to the client and are separate from our Plumber workmanship guarantee.
- The Plumber assigned to this project will arrive at the agreed start time. Any delays caused by the client or by Tel Aviv municipal access restrictions will be communicated in writing and may affect the project timeline.
- Any additional work discovered during the project that falls outside the scope described in this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately in writing before commencement. No extra charges will be applied without the client's prior written approval.
- All waste materials generated during the plumbing work will be removed and disposed of in accordance with Israel Tel Aviv environmental regulations at no additional cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon signature, it becomes a legally binding agreement under Israeli contract law.
- For any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate, the parties agree to first attempt mediation. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tel Aviv District Court, Israel.
