This Quotation Estimate is issued by Abidjan AquaTech Plumbing Services, a licensed and insured Plumber operating in the city of Abidjan, Ivory Coast. - Final Payment (20%): XOF 396,480 — due upon final inspection, pressure testing, and client sign-off.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to Abidjan AquaTech Plumbing Services, Bank: Ecobank CI, Account: 00012-45678-90, or by certified cheque. Cash payments exceeding XOF 1,000,000 are not accepted per Ivorian financial regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in West African CFA Francs (XOF) and are subject to revision after the validity period due to potential fluctuations in material costs in the Ivory Coast Abidjan market.
- All materials specified in this estimate are new, of standard quality, and sourced from authorized distributors in Abidjan. The Plumber guarantees all workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance.
- The Plumber shall comply with all applicable Ivorian labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental disposal requirements. Work will be performed between 07:00 and 18:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment signed by both parties before execution.
- The client is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted access to the work area and for coordinating with the building management or neighbors as required in the Plateau district of Abidjan.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to severe flooding, power outages exceeding 48 hours, or government-mandated work stoppages in Ivory Coast), the project timeline shall be extended proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within fifteen (15) days, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Plumber services in Ivory Coast Abidjan and authorizes Abidjan AquaTech Plumbing Services to proceed with the work as described herein, subject to the terms and conditions stated above.
