- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices for Plumber materials and labor in Kazakhstan Almaty are subject to revision based on current market rates.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of rough-in plumbing work, and 20% upon final handover and client sign-off.
- All Plumber work shall be performed in compliance with SNiP standards applicable in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Almaty city building codes.
- A warranty period of 24 months is provided on all labor performed by our Plumber team. Manufacturer warranties on equipment (water heater, fixtures, valves) are passed directly to the client.
- Any additional work not specified in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and client approval before commencement.
