- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised to reflect current material costs in the Kuwait City market.
- Payment Terms: A 50% advance payment (KWD 666.619) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Plumber work. The remaining 50% balance (KWD 666.619) shall be due upon completion and client sign-off of the final inspection report.
- Warranty: All labor performed by our Plumber team carries a twelve (12) month workmanship warranty. All supplied materials carry the manufacturer's standard warranty, which shall not be less than two (2) years. This warranty is valid only for work performed at the specified address in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
- Work Schedule: The Plumber work is estimated to be completed within five (5) working days from the date of the advance payment receipt, subject to material availability and access to the property. Work hours in Kuwait City are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
- Access and Permits: The client shall ensure unrestricted access to all areas of the property. Any permits required by the Kuwait Municipality or the Public Authority for Works (KOH) for underground pipe work shall be obtained by the client at no additional cost to our company, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Change Orders: Any additional Plumber work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost, approved by the client prior to execution.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
- Insurance: Al-Nakheel Plumbing & Maintenance Co. maintains full public liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as mandated by Kuwaiti labor law for all Plumber personnel operating on-site.
