- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted due to material cost fluctuations in the Mexico City market.
- All Plumber services described herein will be performed by certified and licensed professionals registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros Plomeros de la Ciudad de México.
- Payment terms: 40% advance deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major installation work, and 20% upon final inspection and sign-off by the client.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (SPEI) to AquaFlow Plumbing Solutions S.A. de C.V., or by certified check. All invoices will include a fiscal receipt (factura) compliant with SAT regulations in Mexico.
- The Plumber team will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00 hours. Any work performed outside these hours or on Sundays will incur a 25% surcharge.
- All materials specified in this Quotation Estimate are new and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. Labor warranty is provided for twelve (12) months from the date of completion.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to all work areas, including coordination with the building administration (administración de condominio) in Mexico City residential complexes.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties before commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by the provider.
