- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in Myanmar Yangon.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of major Plumber installation work, and 20% upon final inspection and handover.
- All payments shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the account of Golden Pipe Plumbing Co., Ltd. or by certified cheque.
- The Plumber team shall commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
- Estimated project duration: ten (10) to fourteen (14) working days, subject to site conditions and material availability in Yangon.
- A warranty of twelve (12) months is provided on all workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on supplied fixtures and equipment shall be passed to the client.
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and client approval before execution.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits from the Yangon City Development Committee or relevant local authorities prior to the commencement of structural plumbing modifications.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include electrical work, structural masonry, or tiling. These services may be arranged separately upon request.
- All work shall be carried out in accordance with Myanmar national plumbing standards and the safety regulations applicable in Yangon.
