Terms and Conditions of this Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in material costs in the Nepal Kathmandu market.
- A minimum advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total amount is required to schedule the work and procure materials. The remaining balance shall be payable upon satisfactory completion and final inspection.
- All plumbing work will be carried out by our certified and experienced Plumber team in accordance with the Nepal Building Code and Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) plumbing regulations.
- The estimated duration for completion of all listed work is fourteen (14) working days from the date of advance payment receipt, subject to weather conditions and site accessibility in the Nepal Kathmandu area.
- All materials supplied (pipes, fittings, fixtures, tanks, and membranes) are of branded quality and come with manufacturer warranties. Labor work is covered under a one-year service warranty from the date of completion.
- Any additional work not specified in this Quotation Estimate will be charged separately at the standard hourly rate of NPR 1,500 per hour per plumber, plus material costs at prevailing market rates.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from Boudha Municipality or KMC for underground drainage modifications or rooftop tank installation.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (Nabil Bank, Kathmandu branch, A/C No. 001-45678901), mobile banking (eSewa/Khalti), or cash receipt against an official company receipt.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties sign the attached work order agreement. HydroFlow Plumbing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to decline work if site conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment.
