- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect current material costs and labour rates in the Netherlands Amsterdam region.
- All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include the standard Dutch VAT rate of 21%. No additional travel surcharge applies as the project site is within the Amsterdam municipal boundary.
- The Plumber (Amsterdam Water & Pipe Solutions B.V.) holds a valid NIS (Nederlands Installateurs Stichting) certification and carries professional liability insurance of €2,500,000 and statutory employer's liability insurance (WAO/WA) as required by Dutch law.
- Payment terms: 40% deposit upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon completion of the boiler installation, and the remaining 10% within seven (7) business days after final sign-off. Payment by bank transfer (iDEAL or SEPA) to IBAN NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00.
- The estimated project duration is five (5) working days, subject to weather conditions, material availability, and any unforeseen structural issues discovered during the works. The Plumber will notify the client in writing of any schedule changes.
- All materials supplied by the Plumber are new, of professional grade, and carry a minimum manufacturer's warranty of five (5) years. The workmanship warranty provided by Amsterdam Water & Pipe Solutions B.V. is two (2) years from the date of completion, in line with Dutch consumer protection law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7).
- Any additional work not included in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written approval and additional cost estimate before commencement.
- The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits from the Amsterdam municipal authority (Gemeente Amsterdam) for external works, including the flue extension. The Plumber will provide technical drawings and support documentation upon request.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until signed and countersigned by both parties. Upon acceptance, a formal Service Agreement (Overeenkomst) will be issued.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent works shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, with jurisdiction of the District Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam).
