This Quotation Estimate is issued by AquaFlow Plumbing & Maintenance Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs for professional Plumber services to be carried out at the client's residential property located in the Maitama District of Nigeria Abuja. This document serves as a formal estimate of all labour, materials, equipment, and associated charges required to complete the full scope of plumbing works as discussed during the site inspection conducted on 10 June 2025. All prices quoted in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 7.5% as applicable in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect current market rates for plumbing materials and labour in Nigeria Abuja.
Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of 70% of the works, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and handover by the client.
All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via bank transfer to the company's designated account or by certified banker's draft. Cash payments exceeding ₦100,000 are not accepted.
The Plumber team shall commence work within five (5) working days of receipt of the advance payment. The estimated project duration is twelve (12) working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in the Abuja market.
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final handover. Any defects arising from workmanship within this warranty period shall be rectified by our Plumber team at no additional cost to the client.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to all areas of the property where plumbing works will be carried out, as well as ensuring that the site is clear of obstructions prior to commencement.
Any additional works or changes to the scope not included in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from the Abuja Water and Sanitation Company (ABUSANCO) or the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), should they be required for the specific works.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, with the seat of arbitration in Abuja, FCT.

Note: This Quotation Estimate has been prepared specifically for the property located in Maitama District, Nigeria Abuja. All material prices are based on current market rates at the Wuse Market and Garki Industrial Area as of June 2025. The Plumber services quoted comply with the Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI) standards and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) building regulations. 4. Acceptance and Authorization
