- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, all prices are subject to revision based on current material costs in the Nigeria Lagos market.
- Payment Terms: 50% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of 70% of the Plumber works, and the remaining 20% upon final inspection and handover.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account: Lagos AquaFlow Plumbing Services Ltd., Access Bank, Account No. 0123456789, Branch: Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The Plumber team will commence work within five (5) working days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
- Estimated project duration: 10 to 14 working days, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in the Nigeria Lagos supply chain.
- All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final handover. Materials carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to all areas of the property where Plumber works are to be carried out, including the roof, basement, and external drainage areas.
- Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after commencement will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate and must be approved in writing before additional work proceeds.
- Lagos AquaFlow Plumbing Services Ltd. shall obtain all necessary permits from the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) and the Lagos Water Corporation prior to any work affecting the main water supply or sewerage connections in Nigeria Lagos.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lagos State.
