The estimated duration for the completion of all work described in this Quotation Estimate is seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the advance payment. Any delays caused by force majeure events, unavailability of materials from approved suppliers in Pakistan Islamabad, or client-requested changes to the scope will be communicated in writing and may extend the timeline accordingly.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, material and labour rates may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Islamabad.
• All materials supplied by our Plumber team shall be new, unused, and of the highest quality grade. Substitution of materials without prior written consent from the client is strictly prohibited.
• A comprehensive six-month workmanship warranty is included. Any defects arising from installation errors within this period will be rectified by our Plumber technicians at no additional cost to the client.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible, that water supply can be shut off at the main, and that electrical supply is available for power tools. The client must also obtain any necessary NOCs from the housing society (e.g., F-8/3 Residents' Association) prior to the start of work.
• Our company shall maintain adequate insurance coverage for all work performed. The client shall not be held liable for any damage to adjacent property caused by our Plumber team during the course of work.
• Any additional work or changes to the original scope requested by the client after the Quotation Estimate has been accepted will be quoted separately and require a written change order signed by both parties.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a settlement, the matter shall be referred to the competent consumer court in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Pakistan.
