- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Plumber services in Peru Lima is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised estimate may be required due to fluctuations in material costs or labor availability in the Lima market.
- Payment Schedule: A 40% advance payment (S/ 7,389.16) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the project schedule and procure materials. A 40% progress payment (S/ 7,389.16) is due upon completion of 70% of the work. The remaining 20% (S/ 3,694.58) is payable upon final acceptance and handover of the completed plumbing system.
- Payment Method: Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AquaPro Lima S.A.C. (Banco de Crédito del Perú, Cta. Cte. N° 191-12345678-0-19) or by certified check. A formal invoice (Factura) or receipt (Boleta) will be issued for each payment in compliance with SUNAT regulations.
- Project Duration: The estimated duration for the completion of all Plumber services described in this Quotation Estimate is ten (10) business days from the date of the advance payment, subject to weather conditions and availability of materials in Peru Lima.
- Warranty: AquaPro Lima S.A.C. provides a warranty of twelve (12) months on all labor performed and eighteen (18) months on all installed materials, in accordance with the Peruvian Consumer Protection Law (Ley de Protección al Consumidor, D.S. N° 008-2001-PCM). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications by third parties.
- Permits and Inspections: The client is responsible for obtaining any municipal permits required by the Lima Metropolitan Municipality. AquaPro Lima S.A.C. will provide all technical documentation, as-built drawings, and test reports necessary for SEDAPAL and municipal inspection in Peru Lima.
- Change Orders: Any modifications to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Additional Plumber services will be billed at the rates specified in this document or at mutually agreed rates.
- Liability: AquaPro Lima S.A.C. shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Peru Lima region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or through arbitration at the Centro de Arbitraje y Litigios de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.
